Mealtime Prayer

Father, we're so grateful to gather around this table together, and we thank You for providing this food to nourish our bodies. You've been so faithful to us—morning by morning, meal by meal, Your mercies are new and Your provision is constant. Help us to never take these simple blessings for granted, but to remember that every good gift comes from Your hand. As we eat, may we be reminded that we don't live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from Your mouth. Bless this food and bless our time together, and may the conversation around this table draw us closer to You and to each other. In Jesus' name, amen.
