Evening Prayer

Father, as the day finally winds down, I’m just so grateful to sit in the quiet with You. I’m carrying a few leftover worries and an unfinished to-do list, but I want to lay them all at Your feet right now. You promise that when we are weary, we can come to You and find true rest for our souls. As You remind us in Psalm 4:8, I can lie down and sleep in peace tonight, knowing that You alone keep me safe. Please quiet my racing thoughts, cover my home with Your gentle presence, and give me deep rest so I can wake up refreshed and ready to love like You tomorrow. Thank You for watching over me, Lord. Amen.
